About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The role involves serving as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, helping customers select products, maintaining store standards, and supporting store operations as needed. The position is seasonal/temporary.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining committed to an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers and managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards established by management and the company.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management when assistance is needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele in complex service situations and support their retention.
• Stay informed about the current product assortment and represent the brand knowledgeably.
• Follow instructions from management or a superior.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to a manager.
• Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
