About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to build the skills and knowledge needed to recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role may suit someone with a passion for sales or helping people.

The position includes engaging with customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, processing purchases and returns, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup orders. Applicants need at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services to meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
