About The Position

Ray-Ban, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Miami Worldcenter store. The role focuses on providing an exceptional shopping experience that builds positive customer connections and brand loyalty. The associate serves as an informed ambassador for Ray-Ban, its products, and its culture while contributing to store operations and maintaining the company’s standards.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on an excellent customer experience.
Self-motivated and able to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
Resolve customer issues and involve management when assistance is needed.
Provide high-touch service to VIP clientele and support their retention.
Stay current on the product assortment and represent the brand knowledgeably.
Follow instructions from management or a superior.
Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Comply with professional regulations, internal rules, and the company’s code of conduct.
Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
Be punctual for shifts and proactively inform a manager if obstacles arise.
Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
