About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role involves providing the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position offers a strong base pay, commission, and bonus schedule, ongoing paid training, career path opportunities, and an uncapped commission program for those who meet or exceed sales goals. Requirements

Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally able to be employed in the US.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Standing and walking around for prolonged periods of time.
Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
Reaching with hands and arms.
Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
Dexterity is required.
Specific vision abilities required include working with small parts in mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time (can be met with eyeglasses or contacts).

Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
