About The Position

maurices is seeking part-time Retail Sales Associates, also referred to as Stylists/Sales Support, to create memorable shopping experiences, provide excellent customer service, and help customers build wardrobes. Associates focus on customer needs while working toward sales goals and supporting visual merchandising and store presentation. The role includes connecting with customers through the maurices brand experience, advising on style and fit, using store technology at the cash wrap, promoting loyalty programs and credit services, maintaining visual and operational standards, supporting shipment and receiving, and helping fulfill in-store and curbside pickup orders. This is an evergreen requisition for future openings at Store 1328 in Austin, Minnesota; hiring needs may vary and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds.
Goal- and achievement-oriented.
Some technical aptitude.
Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through the brand experience and build authentic connections.
Provide style, fit, and product knowledge advice while delivering excellent customer service and supporting sales goals.
Operate point-of-sale and payment systems, tablets, and communication headsets at the cash wrap.
Communicate company priorities and promotions and provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
Promote loyalty programs and credit services.
Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while prioritizing customers.
Support shipment, receiving, and product flow processes.
Contribute to omnichannel order fulfillment, including in-store and curbside pickup.
