About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the store for customers. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to people with an interest in sales or helping others.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations across departments, and handle cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges. You’ll maintain product and service knowledge through ongoing learning, help keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
