About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to ensure every customer receives excellent customer service. The role involves helping lead the department, supporting colleagues, promoting company programs, developing product knowledge, and selling products to customers. Associates also maintain the store’s appearance, which may include stocking and general housekeeping, and may cross-train or perform other duties as assigned.

The position requires a flexible retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Physical activities may include lifting or holding items, standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to hold up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
