About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to store success. The role offers on-the-job training in retail sales, customer service, and cashier duties, as well as potential for growth within the Skechers brand. The position is seasonal and pays $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Eager to deliver excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
• Enthusiastic about representing the Skechers brand with energy and a sense of urgency.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice on Skechers products.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Accurately process customer payments and perform cashier responsibilities.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.
