About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role is suited to someone passionate about sales or helping people.

You’ll welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges; maintain product knowledge through ongoing learning; help keep the sales floor clean and stocked; and assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities
