About The Position
The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) at the Martinsburg, WV, VA Medical Center is seeking Retail Associates to provide exceptional service in their cafes and retail markets. Responsibilities
- Assists customer in locating products & provides detailed information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handles sales transactions efficiently using a cash register, ensuring accuracy & customer satisfaction.
- Restocks merchandise and ensures products are properly labeled for display.
- Maintains a clean & organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant & efficient shopping experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
