About The Position

Requirements

Ability to work Saturdays with a day off during the week.
Effective communication and people skills
Computer and data entry skills; Microsoft and CRM experience preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Motivated and purposeful with a strong interest in sales

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or commission‑based sales experience preferred
Interest or knowledge in home improvement, outdoor furniture, and grills is a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product education and answer questions clearly.
Help customers select products that best meet their needs.
Build relationships to support repeat business and customer loyalty.
Promote current sales, promotions, and product bundles.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Maintain knowledge of fireplaces, stone, casual furniture, grills, and outdoor living products.
Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
Assist with merchandising, product placement, and showroom readiness.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Support team operations and assist other departments as needed.
