Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Enter delivery and pick-up orders on a computer using the shop’s custom point-of-sale software.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Restock and arrange merchandise displays.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Show compassion and empathy for all of life’s celebrations.
