Responsibilities

• Create memorable customer experiences and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to provide excellent service to each customer.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge, including the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve customers as an expert.
• Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Keep the sales floor stocked each evening.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
• Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
