About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the store for customers. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role involves customer engagement, product demonstrations and recommendations, cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, ongoing learning, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and availability for a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend solutions to meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
