About The Position

Acme Tools is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Duluth, MN. This role involves providing excellent customer service, identifying customer needs, and guiding them to the right tools or equipment. The associate will handle sales transactions, stay informed about product offerings, answer customer inquiries, generate sales quotes, facilitate equipment purchases, and maintain a clean sales floor. The position also requires active participation in store events and adherence to safety standards. Requirements

• 1 year or more of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Proven communication skills
• The ability to work a rotating Saturday shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for the duration of your shift
• Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Responsibilities

• Professionally welcome and assist customers.
• Identify customer needs and guide them toward the right tools or equipment.
• Handle sales transactions, including closing, invoicing, and product loading.
• Stay informed about Acme Tools' product offerings.
• Serve as a product expert and field customer inquiries.
