About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend tech products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, answering questions, making recommendations across departments, completing cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and assisting with pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
