About The Position

Nespresso is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to serve as the welcoming face of its retail boutique. The role guides customers through coffee and machine options, delivers an inviting customer experience, and helps customers discover products suited to their preferences. Employees receive training to build coffee expertise and prepare them for success in the role. The associate contributes to Nespresso’s sustainability and recycling mission while supporting boutique sales, customer service, teamwork, and day-to-day operations. The position requires availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent Nespresso’s mission and values in sustainability and recycling.
Greet and engage customers, creating a memorable experience that encourages them to return.
Understand customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
Offer complimentary coffee tastings and use product knowledge to build the customer base and sales.
Proactively support and collaborate with team members.
Help maintain the boutique environment by assisting with shipments, arranging displays, stocking the coffee wall, and ensuring cleanliness.
Complete the provided training period.
