Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear and serve as an expert for customers.
• Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Keep the sales floor stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
• Follow cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
