About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate assists customers and helps maintain the store’s appearance. The role covers customer service, register transactions, merchandising, and store maintenance. Requirements

• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset, with a desire to engage and serve customers.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers using the “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build customer loyalty.
• Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
