About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales, store operations, inventory upkeep, and a positive retail environment. Associates provide automotive guidance, recommend products and promotions, use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes, and stay current on parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. The position requires flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, as well as the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and contribute to a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
• Complete assigned tasks using structured processes and follow company safety policies, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Keep current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
