About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as a welcoming, knowledgeable point of contact for customers visiting the store. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that suit each customer’s needs. The role involves customer engagement, product demonstrations and recommendations, cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, ongoing learning, and supporting pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services to meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
