About The Position
2020 Companies is hiring Retail Sales Associates, called Energy Pros, to represent NRG at a local Walmart retail location in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Associates engage customers about NRG electricity and gas services, help them identify solutions, and work toward sales goals. The role includes paid training, a base wage with uncapped commission, and a first-sale bonus. The posting states that the work does not involve door-to-door sales, cold calling, or telemarketing. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Engage retail consumers about NRG electricity and gas services and help them lower energy costs.
- Welcome customers, offer assistance, assess their needs, and suggest products or services that fit those needs.
- Provide information about products and services and help customers make selections with confidence.
- Sell products and services in retail stores, kiosks, or event environments.
- Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals and established weekly or monthly quotas.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees and foster professional relationships.
- Accurately document and report sales, track and communicate activity to Retail Operations, and submit paperwork completely and accurately.
- Keep the work station or kiosk clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish goals and related results.
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance and protect customer confidentiality.
