About The Position

Retail Sales Associates are responsible for customer experience across retail, rental, custom clothing, and omni-channel business within a store location. They build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, use benchmark selling techniques, contribute to team sales goals, assist with merchandising and stock counts, and operate the store cash register. The role may include the opportunity to voluntarily work at multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands. Requirements

Customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
Ability to stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish fabric patterns and colors.
