About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy will provide training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ individual needs. The associate welcomes and assists customers, demonstrates products, answers questions, and makes recommendations across departments. The role also includes cashier duties, maintaining product knowledge, keeping the sales floor clean and stocked, and helping fulfill in-store and curbside pickup orders. Associates must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
