About The Position

Movado Group is seeking an inspiring, confident, and ambitious part-time Sales Associate for its Movado Company Store at Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. The associate will provide excellent customer service, work toward sales goals, maintain merchandise displays and store standards, follow security procedures, and perform watch services such as sizing and battery changes. The role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals established by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive expertise and knowledge of the merchandise.
• Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
• Monitor merchandise to ensure accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Follow corporate security and loss prevention procedures.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as needed.
