About The Position

AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver customer service, help customers find automotive parts and solutions, and support store sales and operations. The role involves providing trustworthy automotive advice, recommending products and promotions, maintaining inventory and store organization, following point-of-sale and loss-prevention procedures, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions. Associates work with store managers and teammates, follow company processes and safety policies, and use personal protective equipment. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support sound financial management and store operations.
• Follow structured processes and company safety policies, and use personal protective equipment.
• Stay current on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
• Lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
