About The Position

AutoZone’s store teams provide WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find automotive parts and solutions, maintaining well-stocked inventory, and supporting store operations. The Retail Sales Associate engages with customers, offers trustworthy automotive advice, recommends products and promotions, and contributes to sales goals and store performance. The role also includes restocking and organizing merchandise, following point-of-sale and loss-prevention procedures, learning about automotive products and promotions through AutoZone systems, and using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions. Associates work with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment and follow company safety policies, including using personal protective equipment. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling needs, potentially including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
