About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest visiting the LEGO® stores. Key duties include operating the cash register, maintaining store displays according to visual standards, managing the stockroom, and resolving customer issues. The position also involves customer engagement and utilizing promotional materials and loyalty programs. Responsibilities

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, including receiving merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and reporting potential shortage situations.
  • Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
