About The Position

Retail Sales Associates support the customer experience across retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel businesses within a store location. They build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact, use selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals, and contribute to team and store sales goals. They also assist with visual merchandising, store projects, merchandise counts, and cashiering. Associates may have the opportunity to work voluntarily at multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands. Requirements

Provide customer-focused service and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Be willing to learn and adapt to new programs.
Work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.
Stand and walk for most of the work shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist; lift up to 50 pounds; climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies; and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Responsibilities

Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
Build customer relationships from greeting through post-sale contact.
Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
Encourage and participate in team selling and contribute to store sales volume and metrics goals.
Assist with visual merchandising, setup, store-related projects, and merchandise stock counts.
Operate the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.
