About The Position
The LEGO Group is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for their store at Yorkdale Shopping Center, ON. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest, maintaining store standards, and operating the stockroom efficiently. The associate will greet guests, handle transactions, maintain store displays, assist with merchandise, and resolve customer issues. Requirements
- Performing all cash register functions
- Maintaining store displays
- Learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
- Assisting in the receiving of merchandise
- Maintaining the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards
- Knowing and abiding by all safety regulations
- Notifying management of potential shortage situations
- Resolving customer issues
- Reporting challenging situations to manager

Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
- Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager
- Customer engagement
