About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help ensure every customer receives excellent customer service. The role involves building product knowledge and making sales, promoting company programs, supporting and mentoring colleagues, and helping maintain the store. Associates may cross-train to perform other duties and may be assigned miscellaneous tasks.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to hold up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Lead the department and assist or mentor colleagues.
• Promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
• Build product knowledge and sell products to customers.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, including stocking and general housekeeping duties.
• Cross-train to perform other duties as needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
