About The Position

This is a sales role that includes a base salary along with monthly commissions. Commission rates vary based on the type of product or commodity sold or rented, with specific percentages depending on the product category. The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) plays a vital role in maintaining a strong retail presence at their assigned store while driving sales and customer engagement across their region. The RSA is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

  • Must possess ability to engage customers, build relationships, and drive sales
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outbound calling and lead generation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to function well in a high volume and fast-paced environment
  • Must have an excellent driving record
  • Must be able to travel and work hours required by job and customer demand

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction products, or related industries
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • College degree in related field
