About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy will provide training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role involves helping customers across departments, completing purchase-related cashier duties, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting in-store and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
