About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll serve as a customer-facing representative in the store. Best Buy provides training to help you recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role suits people interested in sales or helping others.

You’ll engage with customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations, handle purchases and returns, maintain product knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with store and curbside pickup orders. The role requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.
