About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Sunglass Hut, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and brand loyalty. You will represent the brand, assist customers and VIP clientele, maintain visual standards, stay informed about products, and work with management and team members to support store operations. This is a seasonal/temporary position.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers to promote an excellent customer experience.
• Inform merchandisers or managers about stocking needs.
• Maintain visual standards set by management and the company.
• Resolve customer issues and involve management when needed.
• Provide high-touch assistance to VIP clientele and support their retention.
• Stay up to date on the current product assortment and represent the brand as an informed ambassador.
• Listen to and act on instructions from management or superiors.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Comply with professional regulations, company rules, and the code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Be punctual for shifts and proactively communicate obstacles to the manager.
• Represent the brand by drawing on personal style and connections to local and broader communities.
