Retail Sales Associate, Brunswick Square - Full Time
About The Position
As a Merchandising Colleague, also known as a Front of House Colleague, you will help deliver a seamless, inspiring in-store experience. You will execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain organized and shoppable displays, and ensure pricing and promotional signage is accurate and current. You will provide a visible, welcoming presence by greeting customers and offering assistance, while collaborating with colleagues across departments to support sales and create a positive, hospitable environment. The role includes supporting visual merchandising by updating mannequins and floor layouts, maintaining sales floors and fitting rooms, updating signage and pricing, replenishing merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You will assist customers, share loyalty program benefits, contribute to sales goals, and work with the team to reorganize and restock the department and prepare it for the next business day. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
