About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll be the face of the company for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help you confidently recommend technology products and services that meet each customer’s needs. The role may suit someone with a passion for sales or helping people.

You’ll engage with customers, demonstrate products, answer questions and make recommendations across departments. You’ll also handle cashier duties, maintain product knowledge, help keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with pickup and curbside pickup orders.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions and recommend products and services to meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
