Retail Sales Associate
About The Position
The Retail Sales Associate provides friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor, promptly helping with checkout at the register, monitoring the entrance, and greeting all customers. The associate is responsible for accurately operating the cash register and handling credit/debit transactions according to Goodwill policies. They must also become familiar with all departments and merchandise categories to effectively answer customer questions and fulfill requests. Additional duties include stocking, rotating, organizing, and merchandising products on the sales floor.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A background screening will be completed as a condition of employment

- Prior retail sales and/or cashiering experience
