Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
Retail experience preferred.
Experience using cash register, adding machine, credit card machine, and telephone.
Able to follow pricing guidelines established in the pricing guide.
Able to follow oral and written instructions.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Ability to use good judgment and exercise patience and understanding.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items.
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
May have to occasionally work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service.
Assist customers on the sales floor and promptly assist in checkout at the register.
Become familiar with all departments/categories to assist with customer questions and requests.
Greet all customers.
Take donations and provide receipts.
Cross-train to cover the backdoor donation area and process all stations in the backroom.
Perform other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisor.
