About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy, you’ll help customers find technology products and services that meet their individual needs. Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demonstrations, answer questions and recommend products and services across departments to meet customers’ needs.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
