About The Position

DXL Group is seeking a self-driven, results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is committed to building long-term relationships with guests and providing an unmatched retail experience. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment. DXL promotes from within, operates free-standing stores that close at 7 p.m., and makes the entire team eligible for quarterly bonuses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college or university degree is helpful but not required.
• Demonstrated superior customer service techniques and experience resolving problems and complaints.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest and spend quality time asking questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert and sell and market a broad range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing.
• Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures.
