In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience. The position involves engaging customers, operating a cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and properly handling various payment methods. You will accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards, meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty), support inventory accuracy, and assist in training new hires on the service team. Additionally, you will participate in daily service processes such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies. All associates are expected to act with integrity, honesty, foster teamwork, exercise good judgment, demonstrate a customer service mindset, accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, follow company policies and safety guidelines, and respond proactively to direction from supervisors/managers.
