About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll represent Best Buy to customers visiting its stores. Best Buy will provide training to help you recommend technology products and services suited to customers’ needs. The role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, making recommendations, handling transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and supporting pickup orders. The position requires at least three months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
