About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by advising customers, maintaining inventory, recommending products and promotions, and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to build product knowledge and diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. The position requires schedule flexibility, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, and the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates, support team members, and contribute to a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock and organize merchandise, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management and smooth store operations.
• Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and follow safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
