About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers visiting its stores. Best Buy provides training to help associates confidently recommend technology products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role is suited to someone passionate about sales or helping people. Associates welcome and engage customers, demonstrate products, answer questions, make recommendations, handle purchases and returns, maintain product knowledge, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and assist with pickup orders. Requirements

At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
Perform product demonstrations, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across departments.
Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
