About The Position

Jack Flash is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. We are hiring for all shifts and looking for people who enjoy working with the public, staying active throughout their workday, and being part of a team-oriented environment.

Jack Flash is a family-owned company that has proudly served communities across Illinois and Missouri since 1986. What started as a single location has grown into 18 locations, including convenience stores, truck stops, liquor stores, and car washes. We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our customers and employees while providing quality products and outstanding service.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, trustworthy, and professional
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Basic math and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing friendly service
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
• Assisting customers with questions and purchases
• Stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise
• Preparing fresh coffee and maintaining beverage stations
• Performing routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• Supporting overall store operations as needed
