Requirements

• Comfortable with using and explaining new technology.
• Basic understanding of AI technology and user interfaces.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Proven ability to work in solo and team environments is required, where team-orientated, highly motivated, and self-driven individuals are preferred.
• Effective customer relations skills meant always delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to be able to work the entire duration of the project they are assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Retail Associate, Grocery Store, Customer Service, Technology, Product Demonstration, Shopper Assistance and Brand Ambassador previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to introduce and show features of the interactive Smart shopping cart.
• Conduct quick and effective tutorials to educate customers on how to use the shopping cart, highlighting its features and benefits.
• Provide on-the-spot assistance to customers experiencing difficulties, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to the development team.
• Develop and implement strategies to encourage customers to try and continue using the shopping cart.
• Work closely with store management and the Smart Cart team to ensure the shopping cart meets customer needs and expectations.
• Answer questions, assist customers throughout their shopping experience, offer recommendations, and ensure every customer leaves happy.
