This role involves selling products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments, maintaining professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees, and meeting or exceeding personal sales goals on a monthly basis. The associate will courteously welcome customers, offer assistance, direct them to displays, assess needs, and suggest products. They will also advise customers by providing information on products and services, help customers make selections by building confidence, and accurately document and report sales. The role contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, is responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations, and ensuring the work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submitting all paperwork completely and accurately is also a key responsibility.
