About The Position

Skechers is hiring an entry-level retail Sales Associate, also known as a Product Specialist, to serve customers and support store success. The role focuses on customer service, retail sales, cashiering, product knowledge, store operations, and teamwork. Associates receive on-the-job training and may have opportunities to grow within Skechers. The listed pay rate is $13.00.

Requirements

• Eagerness to provide excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Motivation to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliability and attention to detail, and comfort with cashier responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, with evening and weekend availability.
• Enthusiasm for representing the Skechers brand with energy and urgency.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of application.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Process customer payments accurately and perform cashier duties.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers’ brand and company standards.
