About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service and help customers find automotive parts and solutions. The role supports sales and store operations by assisting customers with product selection and automotive advice, maintaining inventory and an organized store, and contributing to a positive and knowledgeable retail environment. Associates use AutoZone systems to stay informed about products and promotions and diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise, and available for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Basic automotive-parts knowledge, bilingual Spanish and English communication skills, automotive retail experience, and ASE certification are preferred. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to support a motivated and productive store environment and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain store organization, follow point-of-sale procedures and loss-prevention policies, and support proper financial management.
• Use structured processes to complete assigned tasks and follow safety policies, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
